Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Package Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
